How does the funded balance work?
Members fund a balance — any amount between $25 and $5,000 — and the balance pays for services as you use them. We send quarterly reconciliations. Your balance rolls forward indefinitely, and the unused portion is fully refundable on request.
Will my charge appear as something I have to explain to anyone?
All charges appear on your statement as "EROSYN HEALTH." The line item reads "EROSYN Health — Membership Funding." The descriptor is consistent across every transaction with the practice.
Do you accept insurance?
No. We are a private practice. Members pay directly out of their funded balance. We can provide superbills on request, but we do not bill insurance ourselves.
Is the practice taking new members?
We onboard a small number of new members each quarter. The current intake window is open. Apply via the membership page and we will respond within five business days.
Where is the practice located?
We are domiciled in Sherman, Texas. The majority of member care is delivered remotely with quarterly in-person panel reviews at partner labs near each member.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Membership has no contract and no cancellation fee. Your unused balance is refundable in full at any time.
What is the practice not?
We are not an emergency service. We are not a substitute for primary care. We are not a weight-loss clinic, a pain clinic, or a controlled-substance prescriber. We work alongside your existing physicians on the long-arc wellness picture.
Is there a member portal?
Yes. Members get access to a private portal with their chart, panel history, written reports, and direct messaging with the practice. Portal access is one of the services drawn against your balance.
